Great hotel. Perfect location for visiting the city. Reception staff were great, very helpful and spoke good English. Room was ok, could have been a little cleaner. Bed was a bit hard but ok. Would use it again.

Great location for the student conference held annually. Just beside. I was here last year for the same event and as always. The hotel and staff didn’t disappoint. Excellent service and modern hotel. And the breakfast is even better this year. Best choice in this area of Nice.

Modern renovated hotel, very clean. It is not in the center of everything but close by. You can get to the old city and Promenade within 20 minutes. The staff is very nice. They did put us in a different room type than I reserved and could not be changed since it was sold out. The staff was very kind and the room type they assigned us was not too bad. One note: the bathroom and shower does smell like a sewer. Overall a good experience.

Been there a number of times and liked it. This time a few things were not quite good enough. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was rather limited, and coffee was not good. Pool was nice except for horrible music blasting too loud all the time. Pool staff bit obsessive about tidying recliners - making things a bit uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned very well. But very comfortable bed. So, nothing awful, but just felt things were slipping a bit.

A nice hotel with a great roof top pool (except it is not heated). The rooms show some wear and tear, but are nice enough and clean. We had some issues with the booking as the photos on Hotels.com did not match the room category we booked. We had specifically booked the jr suit because the photos showed it had a door separating the bedroom and living room, something which was very important since we travelled with a baby. But on arrival, we were told that this was only in the family rooms, and these were not available. The hotel admitted that the photos were wrong and gave us a family room for the last 3 nights, and we also got a small compensation from Hotels.com so the situation was solved nicely in the end, but we had to go to bed at 2000 with the baby the first two nights which was not ideal..

The property needs a bit of updating, The pool is good, and the location is fine. In the room, the bathroom and toilet doors creaked loudly and called out for WD40 on the hinges. The main doors to the roome need updating so that they cannot be let to slam noisily by inconsiderate guests. The food was quite OK.

Same as all the other nh hotels we stay, staff service ranks number 1. The staff at reception is extremely helpful in helping us with all sorts of enquiry. The restaurant service is equally good. We stay in the family suite. It's spacious. However, it's pretty dark as there isn't any ceiling lights. Besides there's no air conditioning outlet in the master bedroom so it's pretty hot
