### Rooftop At Palais De La Buffa, Nice, France

Enjoy splendid sunshine and amazing views from this rooftop retreat for up to 4 guests! Nestled close to the city centre as well as the sea, this holiday apartment is ideal for couples on a romantic vacation or a holiday with family.   
  
The 6th-floor apartment offers a lovely terrace with alfresco dining and sun loungers to soak up the sun, and a flowing, open-plan living room with direct balcony access to enjoy a pleasant holiday. A big window, air-conditioning, ample seating space and a large flat-screen TV complete the layout of the living room. Meanwhile, a modern kitchen-diner with all essential utilities and 2 en-suite bedrooms with direct terrace access complete a comfortable stay.   
  
Utilities include a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine and toaster, among others.

The holiday apartment enjoys an excellent location in Nice, from where several beaches, Villa Mássena Musée, seaside casino ‘Barrière de Ruhl’ and Nice’s other famous attractions are just a few minutes walk away. Numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets are also 4-5 minutes walking distance from here and facilitate an effortless self-catered stay. Meanwhile, the old town centre of Nice and the famous Mediterranean square - Place Mássena, are only a 10-minutes’ walk from here!   
  
The closest international airport is Nice Côte d’ Azur, approximately a 15-minute’s drive away.
