The staff were polite, helpful, and very responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication smooth and efficient. “The location of this hotel is great and very easy to get to by the metro. The price was also okay, but you get what you pay for. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. It was very dusty, and there was mold in the bathroom. It was just too dirty to enjoy. Give this place a miss unless you only care about the location.”
