“First, when I arrived and checked in got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room type I booked, def was a downgrade. So went to the front desk and the manager was on duty, she was helpful but did complain about the employee who apparently made the mistake implying this wasn’t the first or second time. I was swapped into what was available; it was something closer to what I had booked but still not what I had booked, the outside area in the rear was in disrepair and just overall poor condition……

“Washer and dryer works really well especially if you don't want too go too the washateria nice too have it here, Also from the bottom of my heart thank y'all for making my stay here feel like a home!”

“My room was cleaned and picked up and smelling good every single day!”

“Everything felt a little run down and tired”
