“Entire pool area had interior home tile flooring that was VERY slippery and the hand rail at the pool steps was broken and unusable. Pillows were like a pile of mashed potatoes and smelled funky. Awful. Shower barely trickled. No shower curtain?! Had to ask for a shower curtain and they couldn’t bring one until the next day. Only 2 bath towels for 3 adults. Most of the food on the breakfast buffet tasted like the strong odor of cleaning products. It was clean and attractive inside and out.”

“The property was in need of TLC and improvements. Things were broken, falling apart, poor condition all over hotel and in our room. No coffee cups in room with coffee maker. Key cards didn't work when we got up to our room at 1:30 am, so I had to go all the way back down to lobby and wait in line to get them reprogrammed to get into our room. We got down to breakfast 15 minutes before shutdown and were scolded about the late arrival for breakfast. We were told to hurry up. It was already being……
