This condo sits on the second floor of Cypress Bend, a lovely community within the 2,300-acre Barefoot Resort. Enjoy access to pools at both Cypress Bend and the North Tower, a hot tub at the North Tower, tennis and basketball courts, and grilling areas, in addition to four world-class golf courses designed by Greg Norman, Pete Dye, Davis Love, and Tom Fazio. Hop on the free beach shuttle in the summer months and find great shopping, dining, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing just across the Intracoastal Waterway (two miles).

Inside, the condo is bright, open, and elegantly furnished. Flowing into each other are a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a living room where you can watch your favorite movies in the evenings in the warmth of the electric fireplace. Of the bedrooms (all with cable TVs), one is a primary suite with its own bathroom and a view looking out toward the golf course. Central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
