We had a nice view, and it was quiet. We had terrible customer service. The person at the front was rude and inconsiderate. Some of the amenities were not working. It would have been nice to know beforehand. Our room had to be changed due to the bathroom tube not draining, and our sheets were visibly dirty. Kitchen drawers were broken as well as the stove was not working properly. Safe to say, it was not relaxing for me and my family, which was the reason why we wanted to get away in the first place.

One reason we booked this property was for the pool and hot tub which were shut down for repairs. Had we known we would have booked somewhere else. Check in was awful! Long line and only one person working the desk.

Our rooms bathroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan. The valve that turns it from bath to shower was stuck on shower and there was black mold. The pool and hot tub were none functional. Only 1 elevator was working and it was a sketchy ride. This property has been going down hill for years and I won’t stay here again. Skip this place and find a better one.

The walls were thin and we could hear parents and kids yelling at eachother. Then the pool and hot tub closed before we could use it due to a “biohazard”.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past I’m sure you can view history on that and have loved each and every stay, which is why I continue to keep coming back. Unfortunately, this day was completely different upon arriving in my room, a strange odor was present not describable of anything I’ve smelled before I’m not one to complain, so I opened up the balcony door and carried on entering the shower. There was a decent size wad of the hair that I once again dismissed, and washed down the drain. a little frustrating but took a deep breath, and reminding myself that people are human and can miss things. Once again, not a big deal moved on with my evening. Went to go use hand soap after using the restroom. No soap to wash my hands with… My final straw was when my Chapstick fell out of my purse and bounced off the carpet under the bed I got down on my knees to see where it had went and grabbed it upon that finding a dirty white sock, which I will attach a photo of that I have kindly left for the staff to clean because I do not feel that’s my responsibility to take care of, maybe the maid that was banging on my door at 9 AM repeatedly yelling maid can take care of it. So much for sleeping on vacation. Remind me again check out is 11 AM?? why are we knocking on peoples door so early overall I’m very saddened with my experience here and cannot say that I feel I will return in the future with this experience. I feel my room was not cleaned and for the price I payed that seems

This hotel is in need of a big renovation. It has potential, but the minor updates over the years are bandaid fixes holding the place together. Apparently it's under new ownership and they are supposedly working to improve it. We were given a room that was dark and dirty and the toilet seat was barely attached. We told them and they moved us to a room with a less broken but still loose toilet and it seemed a little cleaner but it was missing the shear curtain. It was disappointing that the hot tub was broken. Despite all this, it was reasonably priced. You get what you pay for.

One of the worst hotel experiences we have had in a long time. Checkin was a nightmare. And very slow, and late. Place was just sold at bankruptcy aution the day before and half the staff quit. Great location but the place has been sadly neglected for years.

Got here room was dirty holes in walls carpet dirty chairs were ripped . Went to grocery store bought 100$ in groceries put in fridge and it was not working so all of our groceries went bad. Called front desk 4 times to let them know about fridge and needing bedding change do to bring dirty finally after 4 call bedding was brought up never did anything about our fridge . This place has went down hill would not Return they are in process of changing name maybe new owners also hot tub did not work and pool was cold waisted 515$ for 2 miserable nights. Salt line Next door or holiday inn are way better choice and same price..

This property has gone downhill. The elevator was extremely slowly & scary to ride as it makes wood noise & shakes. The room we first entered had a non-functioning toilet. We were moved to a new room only to find no blankets on the bed. The rooms were extremely cold and took forever to heat up.

Loved the view! Bed frame was broke though which made one side of the bed uncomfortable. Also sucked that the bath didn’t work but for the great price I can’t complain.

The property was in poor condition. The elevator was horrible and took forever. We stopped taking it do to it functioning properly and it was hard to see where our room was when we arrived at dark. There was hardly any outdoor lighting. Getting checked in was a mess and took at least 30 min. The hot tub jets didn't work. The bed was so worn out the springs popped around and it had a big slouch in it. It just wasn't as the pictures looked and it was a disappointment.

Nice ocean view. Room was a good size but is in desperate need of general maintenance and updates. Had only one working elevator that was extremely slow. Staff that I did enter at with was nice. When arrived to check in. Room with King bed with ocean view. That was paid for, wasn’t available?? Had to settle for room with 2 queen beds with a view of Ocean. Fan didn’t work in bathroom. Had couple holes under carpet in room. The floor had lots of uneven spots. Like Capet was laid over old foam. Was nice and clean. Nice view. Just a bit old. Wasn’t terrible. Had a good time.

Got a room facing the ocean with a loft and a picture window of the ocean but the window had condensation between the panes and you could barely see out of it .the elevator is shockingly dlow if yourvon the 5th floor better get used to the stairs .the hot tub wasnt working. $175.oo a night off season in February. For a room you cant see the ocean from becouse of old windows.sad
