This is not a hotel, which is fine so long as you know that before arriving. The accommodations are comprised of seven [separate] very small rooms on the lower level of someone's house, with shared common room and shared kitchen. Some of the rooms share a bathroom so it is more like a hostel with private rooms than it is a hotel. Located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet. The owner/operator is quite pleasant and friendly. Fine place to stay if you are not expecting a hotel and much less expensive than hotels in the area; so quiet you will get a good night sleep.

This was a beautiful property. We went for our Babymoon, and the staff were thoughtful and had notes on our file ahead of our return, and they left an assortment of chocolates and a hand written note in the room for us. It was very nice. The only thing is the Hotel Acadia has thinner walls. We could hear every movement in the hallways and from the floor above us. Other than that it was really lovely.
