“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
“Breakfast is simple, with toast, ham, omelets, and oatmeal. The quality is fine, but seating can be limited when it’s busy. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable.”
“The breakfast is terrible; not enough food to serve. They only fill up few pieces of ham, bread when it is empty. It is my first time ever to have such a bad breakfast in the hotel. Do not recommend to get the breakfast here, not worth it. The room is ok, not great. I don't think I will stay in this hotel anymore.”

"Great location just within 10 minutes drive from Calgary airport. They offer free shuttle service to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet selection looks good but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. "
