“Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf”

“Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud. The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!”

“Our second year renting from Susan and it did not disappoint. Aside from the beautiful condo, she is so helpful and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit already!”

“Overall it was a great house and stay. There were issues w the hot tub temperature. Showers drained very slowly but to be say we weren’t satisfied would be very wrong. The 8 of us would stay there again and again. ”

“The thermostat needs addressing but it did work properly after maintenance looks at it. The mattress in master bedroom is very hard. However room was very nice. Ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of room in kitchen & dining room. Balchony view was excellent . To add kitchen appliances appeared new. Would stay there again just couldnt give excellent.”

“We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. Additionally, there seemed to be an infestation of small flying bugs all over the apartment. A collection of these bugs were stuck in a web in the lower right-hand corner of...
