“This is only our second time staying, but we will be back again! Customer service at the desk has been so friendly both times, those ladies were AMAZING! It's connected to an Old Chicago restaurant so there is no need to find a place to eat. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Thank you to all the staff!!”

“The hotel itself was great. The proximity to the highway made it a little noisy. Food options without transportation are limited. Thank goodness for Uber Eats! ”

“Elevator was broken BUT I was alerted & told I could cancel my reservation w/o any penalty. I stayed anyway (a couple flights of stairs was good exercize). TV did not work properly in my initial room BUT was given a better room with a good TV. Staff did their best so I will use Canfield again next time I stay in Dbq. [I've stayed in Hiltons & Hyatt's that have also had 'things' break down. What's important is how staff responds!]”

“It was a great location for our plans. All staff contact was terrific. I just wish ALL hotels would have a 2 hour window of adults only in the pool/hot tub areas. Here and the place we stayed the night before were jam pack with loud screaming children, so it was IMPOSSIBLE to go for a swim or sit in the hot tub.”
