“While the room was clean, the stairwell to the 2nd floor smelled like the back end of a barn. The lady at the desk when I checked in was nice, but when I was checking out, I stood at the counter for several minutes (alone) before someone helped me. It was a good visit for the price, but I wasn't "wowed."”

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”
