This property should not be in business! Room was nasty, there were drugs being sold and used right out in the open in the parking lot. There was a lady that almost fell out in the parking lot by my room window. She was there all night and still there in the morning. I had to sleep with my window open to watch and make sure the tweakers in the parking lot didn’t touch my property.

I arrived and checked in and was given a room that had not been cleaned and was filthy - piles of dirty towels, feces ok toilet, etc. I asked for a new room and while the room had been cleaned , it was still dirty. The shower was disgusting and there was an open bag of potato chips behind my pillow. I was attending a concert so had no time to get a third room.

I rented this room for my son in law who was going to a rehab facility the next day to stay and complete the program but once he arrived at the hotel the man working would not let lance in the room said something about a deposit z

People not saying at the hotel gathered outside in groups. Just eyeing you down as you park and smoking outside. Our car threatened to be towed because we had no where to park so parked in a spot apparently apart of the other hotel directly next door in the same parking lot. The smoke alarm randomly sounded at 12 am in our smoke free room and we were terrified that we would be charged $200 for it going off. Incredibly dirty. Toilet didn’t want to flush after going #2 or sometimes #1 if you used slightly too much paper. Super unsafe area .

Sticky floors and more

It didn't take very long for my feet to turn black from the nastiness in the carpet. The walls were so thin. You could hear the hyped up music and the people talking from the floor above me. There were holes in the wall. The floors were absolutely sticky. There was a 1 to 2-in space Gap between the door and the floor that is supposed to keep all Intruders out of my room. I was not comfortable and was genuinely afraid for my safety.

Cleanliness was not a real thing here. Stains on the walls, shower, blankets, literally everywhere. The shower had a scream to it due to lack of pressure. The whole place felt so dirty it was nauseating but it was already so late that we couldn’t go somewhere else. Really hope they do better in the future because this is like every red roof I’ve been in. Horrible.
