“Good place”

“The three bed suite was great for our family. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. There was a small issue with the toilet handle that we reported at check out and the front desk wrote it down and said they would take care of it.”

“The hotel was great, quiet and very accessible location. When we arrived we had 2 toddlers and lots of luggage, and at check in the manager, Brett, offered to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. It was so thoughtful and really helped us get settled. We would happily stay again!”

“This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.”
