The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and this hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of attractions. My main issue with this hotel is that it was too popular! It was my son's birthday and the staff was extra kind. We loved the room with the view. The only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working in February 2026 and the pool was cold. We did like playing in the game room and the proximity to the art museums.

First off I want to give a special shout out to Eric! He assisted us so well in every way possible. I also didn’t expect it to be such a nice condo complex but I was so impressed by the rooms, amenities and the workers. Will definitely be coming back very soon!

Like most of the atmosphere around Chicago, the area showed how weak the economy really is - many new fast food restaurants and discount stores with an equal amount of closed stores and strip malls.

There is a lit of traffic
Oak lawn is okay just very dirty.. taxi service is like walking in the desert. No where to be found.
