"The staff were amazing. We arrived to Dallas early and called the hotel to see if they would let us check in early. The lady working was very kind and told us by all means we could check in early. When we arrived she had the key cards ready and everything. They were extremely kind. The only downside was one of the elevators wasn’t working, and on the second day both were not working. However, I don’t think that was so inconvenient that I would take a star off. The southern hospitality more than made up for it. "

"The room was very clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. I absolutely recommend the suite upgrade. The temperature was a tad challenging to maintain during cold evenings, but I imagine that it's pleasantly cool during the summer. Breakfast menu was fresh. Tasty coffee was maintained and available throughout the day and night. I appreciate that the doors are secured after a certain time and that the front desk staff is available 24/7. Both managers were very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to my next stay here."
