“Two friends and I stayed here and had a great stay at this apartment! The apartment is nice, comfortable, reasonably priced, in a convenient spot for exploring Dallas, and gave us exactly what we needed for an enjoyable visit. Sereno was very communicative—helpful with notes and was very kind and responsive. “Excellent property! If you can't find free parking be sure to just grab a ticket and don't follow the signs that say scan the QR code for parking. Very walkable and clean. Host was awesome!”

“I am very disappointed in our stay. Our room had mold, roaches and smelled like cigarettes. When I realized the mistake that I booked a smoking room, I attempted to change rooms with the front desk but they were of no help and gave me an attitude. The advertisement and the room we received were not the same at all. If I would have known also that the pool was closed, that was another reason I would not have booked.”

“The host was unresponsive. The unresponsive host experience has been the worst I’ve had across the spectrum with rentals from various places. I’ve always had attentive thoughtful hosts. There are only 2 towels provided for the entire unit/stay. So you may want to bring your own especially if you intend to use the pool . That is if you can fit them in your suitcase. Upon arrival we noticed the lack of towels, in our search for towels we found wet laundry in both the dryer and the washer. Who……
