“My son and I absolutely loved (!!!) staying here. Tom is so nice and personable, and he provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. It was also fun that he could chat some about recent history of Freiburg. The rooms were clean and well-heated, and the showers and whirlpool tub were great! Modern. Excellent hot water and rainfall showerhead. The location, in my opinion, cannot be beat. It’s only two blocks from Munsterplatz. My teenage son loved the privacy and rustic (in a clean,……

“Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. Also, double check the sleeping arrangements will work for you if your party is more than 2 people.”

“Hotel was good. At good location, room conditions are fine. Breakfast is extremely expensive but limited choices of food. ”

“The location cannot be faulted being right on the rathausplatz and an easy walk to everything. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the square. My only suggestion would be having a kettle in the room or perhaps a small fridge. There is certainly enough space in the room and this would have added a lot.”

“Douche is verstopt. Het was een kale hotel. Geen water, geen koffieapparaat, geen fohn.”

“飯店很新但是有些在窄小，離景點與火車站有些距離,人員親切度待加強.”

“Room was clean”

“房間很乾凈，也很舒適，網路很通暢，服務員工親切有耐心”

“Very convenient location.”

“大廳有提供咖啡、茶包和檸檬薄荷+薑水，地理位置很便利”

“The room is spacious. However, the internal design was still the old fashioned type. Only one complimentary bottle of water per stay which is a bit disappointing. The fitness centre is small and connected with swimming pool and is quite hot. Not sure if there is air-conditioning or not and so you cannot exercise much. However, the staff are nice and friendly which i appreciate.”

“接待人員親切熱心！地理位置佳！”

“The staff was very helpful and provided everything we needed. It's always nice to see a smile. The hotel was very chic and an excellent value in my opinion. The location was excellent. Not in old town, but just steps away. Very safe location. The hotel rooms were roomy and the A/C worked very well. Ahhhh... Love this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone coming for a visit to Freiberg.”

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……
