Stunning

We stayed in a stunning home in the chukka cove community. The water was crystal clear with coral and fish right in our cove. We stayed in March and there were no bugs in the villa. It was perfect for my family including my 14 year old son and his grandparents. Having the pool as an option was wonderful for windy days. The food was wonderful in the villa. Karine took care of us the entire time. We look forward to retuning!

Amazing home, people and location

We had a great time staying at Valerie's beautiful villa. The pictures don't do it justice. The food was excellent, the staff were awesome and accommodating and we felt safe and relaxed for our entire stay. We would recommend this property and can't wait to go back and relax in the Jamaican sun!

I want to give a big shout out to Kerin and Andrew they really made us feel like family. I dont want to go to any other place because of them two. The house was spotless Kerin did such an amazing job keeping us comfortable. Andrew was always there to take us on tours of the property and was tremendous with our children. Chukka will see us again

So Awesome

The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful!! My family of four spent a week here and absolutely loved it! The team here is all around awesome: The housekeeper kerine was chefs kiss I absolutely ❤️ her rum punch and her curry chicken! The security guard Andrew was personable and he took us to see the horses and snorkeling and cliff diving. I would definitely recommend!!!

Dream villa locations

This was a return trip (stayed at this villa two years ago) and it was just as beautiful as I remembered. This villa has gorgeous comfortable rooms that are well maintained. I appreciate the unique finishes and unique elements of design - allowing you to feel like you are in your own serene island space. I love the expansiveness of the property that gives you lovely views of the sea and sky. The owner of the villa is super nice and friendly - reaching out prior to answer any/all questions. She and the staff made me feel so welcome. The staff on site (Mario, Pepe, Chef Wong and the others) were a delight and joy to interact with. They were always upbeat attentive and remained professional. I can't wait to return!!!

Class and comfort. Felt like the home of my dreams

Me, my nephew, his wife and his mother spent a really perfect week here at Villa Six. It was indoor/ outdoor living at its best. If you come here just looking to be in the presence of beauty, gorgeous water with cliff access, lovely Jamaicans (kerine, Andrew, Parry, Martin,all lovely people) and wonderful home cooked meals, then you might want to book this property. Also the bedrooms are super comfortable with ocean views. There’s a lot to do in St. Ann’s parish and you’ll have plenty of access, but best believe you will have landed in the sweet spot and you may just want to stay close to this ideal set-up. Not one bad thing to say about our experience. Soon come back!

It's all you need!

This house is exactly as pictured and even better when you can feel the warm weather. Our stay was outstanding and we definitely plan on returning. Shanneka (our fabulous cook/cleaning lady), PiPi (our on-call drive and tour guide) and Phillip (our morning walk and ocean jumping partner) took such good care of us and let us infiltrate their lives as well. We have made some great friends! There is no reason to leave the property, it has all you need if you are looking for that private, relaxing, no-pressure-to-do-stuff, kind of vacation. Thank you Miss Valerie for opening up your home to us, we really cherished it.

Best vacation ever!

I can’t say enough good things about Tallawah Villa 6. We were able to set most things up with Trish before our arrival so once we got there we were able to just relax and enjoy! Our housekeeper/cook, Kerine, was great! She had everything we requested ahead of time and her meals were delicious. Our kids, 5 & 8, who are somewhat picky eaters ate all of her meals and loved them. She also made drinks throughout the day upon request which was an extra treat. The security guard, Andrew, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He took us snorkeling in the nearby cove and to a bat cave also close by. He was great with the kids and always available to help even on his off hours. He took me to the store twice when we needed to pick up a few things. Martin and Tony took fabulous care of the grounds and never let a leaf hit the ground it seemed like. They were also very nice but we didn’t haven’t much interaction with them. The villa was well-equipped and very clean. We went offsite one day to swim with dolphins which was fun but the whole time we couldn’t wait to get back to our villa. We also met amazing families with kids that were staying in the other villas which gave our kids new friends to play with which was a bonus. Overall, we had an AMAZING time and will definitely be back!!

The villa was beautiful and the view was amazing

We stayed for a week in March at the beautiful villa. Valerie Brown was a true joy to work with. The view was amazing and the villa was furnished nicely and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Our family so enjoyed having Marva cook for us daily. Our 3 children kept very busy swimming in the pool and exploring the cove. We took full advantage of all the activities offered at Chukka- horseback riding in the ocean and ATV adventures. We did climb Dunn's river falls on our own as we had been to Ocho Rios prior. Our visit to the Blue Hole was really an adventure and we enjoyed the cliff jumping and diving. Our children ask daily when we can return to the villa. We highly recommend to all.

Beautiful, welcoming, warm on the crystal

My fiancé and I loved our stay so much. The place itself is beautiful, right on the water, has a private cove to lie on and snorkel off of, clean, comfy beds, big windows. What puts it over the top are the people. We had a lovely time talking to the owner, Valerie, and her family. Valerie went above and beyond to help us navigate some clerical errors on our part. The chef and housekeeper Latoya is She cooks three delicious meals a day , unbelievable food, prepared with such love. She also keeps the house so clean, but she is the real gift. We loved getting to know her and hearing about her family, having great conversations about the history of Jamaica, biology, religion… everything. We can’t wait to come back and continue to deepen the friendships we made and the places we explored.

Great snorkelling site!

We had a great time at Villa Six. We were expecting a little bit of a bigger beach/cove, but we made it work for us. After the first day, they installed a ladder for us, so we could go in the ocean right on the property and that was a bonus. We are a group of good swimmers, so we could face the rough ocean to get to the cove to snorkel. Otherwise, you could walk 5 minutes to get to the site and snorkel and jump right from a stepping stone in the water. Kinda cool! We went every day and that was good exercise. Having the pool was a bonus especially if you can't swim very well. The house is lovely and the view of the ocean is amazing. Also, at night around 6PM, the horses from Chukka Adventures gallop right in front of the house to go to another site and that was fun to watch. Thanks Valerie!

Best Location in Jamaica!

Words cannot express just how beautiful this place is! The house is modern and very well-maintained. The grounds, the cliffs, and the pool were all as beautiful as the photos here show. The location is perfect. We rented a car so we could have the freedom to choose activities and restaurants throughout the week. It was a short 20-30 drive to ocho rios dunns river falls, runaway bay beaches, and many fantastic restaurants along the Caribbean coast! Chukka Tours is literally a 200 yard walk down a gravel driveway from the house. We saved several hundred dollars with the discount provided to us for staying here. The homeowner, Valerie, could not have been better. She called several times to check-in with us and make sure are needs were being met. Any concerns were promptly addressed, and ensured our entire party had a wonderful stay. Phillip the security guy showed us exactly which places to cliff jump and where the best snorkeling was. Food and drinks were expensive at the grocery stores. Don't be afraid to just go out to dinner somewhere. One suggestion I have would be for the housekeeper to have a list of dinner meal options for guests to select from, to make planning meals and grocery shopping easier. We rented a car which worked out to being cheaper than paying for transportation. This gave us the freedom to come and go each day and just discover our own adventure. Check out the Blue Hole and Zip Lining if you get a chance - definitely the best excursion we've ever been on! Thanks for allowing us to stay for a week in paradise! .

My husband and I along with another couple stayed in Villa Six the 3rd week in March. Mrs. Brown, the owner was a pleasure to work with. We were all a little nervous about wiring money but there were no issues at all. The pictures posted of this home do not do it justice! This home has an incredible vibe. Upon entry to the home you are met with an open concept with the ocean breeze flowing throughout. No matter what room your in the views are breathtaking. My husband and I were in the master bedroom with the low bed. I admit I did not think the low bed would be comfortable but it was great. Plenty of big fluffy pillows and nice linens. Trust me the pictures can not convey the beauty of this room. There are large windows all around the room that provide the most incredible views. You can lay and bed and see the beauty from you window while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Our bathroom was a large open concept modern bathroom. The downstairs furniture is all about comfort. Everything was just comfortable and inviting. The same goes for the outdoor furniture. Everything in this home was designed with comfort in mind! This home definitely has a gown and sexy vibe! Miss Marva and Miss Bella made our stay even more enjoyable. All meals were prepared as you request to perfection. If you were not sure what you wanted Miss Marva had many great suggestions. Miss Bella kept the house immaculate. Everyday they set the table with different settings, it was a nice touch. Anthony was great. he took us to dive and swim in the caves. He jumped in first to squash my fears and swam with us and pointed things out. Not sure of the gardeners name but he was friendly and kept everything looking like perfection. Our driver Clarence was fantastic. Full of information, and ready to go whenever we called. There are 6 homes together but you never felt on top of each other- maybe a wave passing each other buy or a conversation at the pool. The home is in a great location in front of Chukka tours. You can walk to go on ATV's, horseback riding etc. There is a grocery store in walking distance or you can have your hearts desire delivered. This is a great vacation home for couples but I would also say a family with children would also enjoy. I know we will be back with our son soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect for our family of five—comfortable and well laid out. It was a little warm downstairs at times, but the bedrooms stayed nice and cool with the AC. Watching the sunsets off the back patio were absolutely breathtaking, and the property manager's communication was timely and efficient throughout our trip. Ms. Kerine is an exceptional cook—her shrimp curry was my favorite! We also had a blast snorkeling and cliff jumping into the ocean. Dunns River Falls was a short drive and very fun for all our kids. This was such a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to returning to the villa in the future!

Paradise Getaway!

This property is absolutely stunning and was truly more beautiful than the pictures. Wonderful if you are looking to get away from hustle and bustle and want somewhere to enjoy a slow pace and relax - though the snorkeling is exciting! It is very well kept, beds were very comfortable and includes toiletries. The views from the large open windows in both bedrooms are just amazing. The personnel there to assist you are amazing. Ms. Karine is a wonderful cook and helped me plan meals with my budget in mind and the needs of the one vegetarian. She took very good care of us, especially when one of my kids was not feeling well. We felt very important having our meals cooked and the lovely table service and presentation, as well as someone to tidy up. While it seemed a bit indulgent at first, it really allowed our family to reconnect together and just relax and enjoy. The snorkeling in the cove is amazing (thank you Andrew for all your care) and the kids also enjoyed the use of the pool. I did have a little trouble with some communication prior to our arrival around transport confirmation and initial meal planning, but I think it was an anomaly based on other reviews. We definitely hope to visit there again. It truly is better than described.

Quite possibly our favorite vacation rental EVER

After researching TONS of rentals and hotels, we picked here and it was the best choice by far! I also looked at the other villas on the cove and we all agreed, this was the best one because of its position, and the indoor outdoor furnishings. Never have we done so little on a vacation, but decided to cancel our tours and just stay put. There is acres of green grass, giant 100 year old trees. There is a beautiful private cove not pictured here, and another cove with a bat cave within 5 minute walk. The land is magical! Kerine the housekeeper/cook, will make your meals if you like and clean the house daily. Andrew who is the property security guard, showed us all the fruit trees, secret coves, and would make sure we were safe during our night swims in the ocean. The pool is shared but we rarely saw other people in it, and the protected beach cove is absolutely perfect for small kids and toddlers. There is a grocery store 5 minutes across the road, and be sure to check out Smokehouse restaurant up the road for amazing live music on weekends! We can’t wait to return to this property!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Villa & grounds were absolutely beautiful! Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling!
