Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the timeshare presentation felt like a waste of time. The resort credits offered sound appealing at first, but there is a 16% fee applied when you use them, and they can only be used on a limited selection of items. After factoring that in, you often end up paying the same—or even more—out of pocket. The restaurants on the property were generally good and offered enjoyable meals. This is a lovely all-inclusive resort where you can spend a few days leaving all your worries behind. The food at all places were good with the bucaneer reef buffet having excellent selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The MOMO and Gondola restaurants were too good. The one that did not live upto the expectations was Agra. The pool and the beach were very close by and the kids just played from one to other throughout the day.
