Ladies yesterday afternoon at the front desk very nice and helpful and today morning’s rude and unavailable. I asked her a simple question and she went like “I don’t do that” didn’t want to share information on who’s in charge of breakfast when it was not the time to remove it.

Clean and spacious.
Excellent coordination by front desk to to instruct us to take shelter in safety corridors when tornado was approaching. Excellent and friendly front desk. Will use this hotel often.

The bed size was misrepresented. We booked for 2 queen beds but we got a room with two double size beds
