“EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
