“Sweet staff, spacious rooms and a nice hot tub and indoor pool!! 😊”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“前台服务周到，客房宽敞整洁”

“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“Good”

“Comfortable beds and spacious room!!”

However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel! Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained……

“We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were especially comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated having coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was good, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience!”

“Such a beautifully restored Inn with all the charm and details from 1912! The two of the three clawfoot tubs have been retrofitted with shower adaptors so you can still get that nice clean feeling after a long day of travel or touring. The family staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the neighboring city, I am unable to stay with family due to severe pet allergies, so I am so glad McCleary Inn was available for me to call home for a……
