"The beach access at this property is truly incredible. The views are breathtaking, and it was amazing to not have to leave the property for the beach experience. Walks on the beach were a hit with the entire family. We even saw some shooting stars while enjoying the fire pit! The proximity to the Porcupine Mountains also can’t be beat. This property gives you access to an unbeatable outdoor experience. The house is very spacious and has a lot to offer. We appreciated the toy closet and books for the kids. There was also a high chair, which made our stay easier. There were plenty of beds for our family and sufficient seating for meals. The host is extremely responsive as we reached out with questions about the house as one of our family members has some limited mobility.We had a few areas of feedback that we felt were also important to share. When we arrived, there was no extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. The host was very apologetic and quick to respond when we messaged! As a couple other reviews noted, there is some mold around the showers. The bathrooms also have a musty smell. The beds have older, worn mattresses and aren’t all the most comfortable. Finally, the grill was nearly unusable, luckily the fire pit is incredible and there are roasting sticks outside. Overall an incredible experience. The house could use some love, but the beach and forest experience makes up for any shortcomings."

"I have rented many Vrbo properties over the years but this one was by far the best experience I've ever had. The place was spotless, and just as described. The hosts were very responsive and kept in touch. They were very thorough with a house manual that answered all questions of how to use or find things needed for a pleasant experience and stay. No guessing games or problems on any levels. They also made sure that you had everything you could possibly need. Many places I've stayed only supplied you with starter supplies and you had to go out and buy extra things. These hosts made sure you would not run out of anything or need anything accept the food you brought to cook. All seasonings and even a free spaghetti meal on them were offered. I've never experienced such high quality for a rental before. I would highly recommend this rental and I will be returning. It was a totally AWESOME experience!"

"We were very pleased with our room in the Inn portion. The cabins looked great. We would happily return and stay in either. The breakfast was great. There's access to Lake Superior. The staff had recommendations that were very helpful. Overall, just a great experience."
