Professionally decorated and elegantly furnished, this condo has everything you need to relax in style.


The large living room is equipped with plenty of comfy seating and a flat-screen TV making this space perfect for hanging out and watching your favorite TV shows and movies together.


The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you need to cook meals and prepare snacks. The granite breakfast bar hosts four stools making it easy for everyone to find the perfect seat.


One king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two full size beds are spacious and modernly furnished, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows for up to ten guests to stay comfortably.


Just off of the living room is a bright and breezy patio, great for entertaining or just enjoying the Florida sun.


Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Stay away from this unit
Checkin us at 4 pm. We arrived at that time to our great surprise that they did not even start cleaning yet!!! Even after cleaning place was dirty. Furniture is falling apart. Hardly any kitchen utensils. Never again

Good location and clean
The condo was easy to access and very clean. Nice tile floors. The stoked supplies were good for a few day, we did bring extra dome home to supplement (dish washer tabs, trash bars and laundry detergent). Paper towels and toilet paper were perfect for 6 days The double beds are double beds so our tall teenagers fit one to a bed. Sofa seating for 5 only. Very nice and convenient location to pool, convention center, Publix and chic fil a.

Even better than expected!
My family and I booked this property for our stay in Orlando for spring break. The space was very spacious and very clean and well decorated. It included all of the essentials that we needed and offered instructions on having groceries delivered which was very helpful. The resort itself included many amenities that were fun for us and the kids (pool w/bar, basketball court, arcade, etc). We would definitely stay again.

Misunderstanding that couldn't be corrected
I was under the impression that I booked my stay until the Sunday. In fact, I must have hit Saturday and did not pay attention to it. So when I tried to call and correct it and book for longer I was told I could not but I wasn't even given a choice of anything to help with. I have stayed many times with VBRO. I am very disappointed with this outcome

Comfortable Ski-in Ski-out Apartment with a Great View
The apartment comfortably accommodated the 4 of us. It is very well decorated and appointed and has spectacular views of the resort, particularly at sunset. The ski locker is spacious, and the unit is right on the main run down to the base. One thing to note if one does not have a car. The last shuttle to the base leaves at 5pm, and after that one has to arrange one’s own transportation. Overall, an excellent ski apartment.

Location and amenities!
This property is located equidistant to Disney and Universal parks, and conveniently located for groceries and pharmacy. The complex is in a gated area of the resort, though pedestrian bypass access is allowed. It’s clean and quiet in the evenings. Pool area is beautiful. The unit itself was well appointed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The third “bedroom”, is set up in what originally would be a home office. The French doors with sheer curtains do not offer any privacy, so not an ideal space for a teen or adult. There’s also no closet or any where to hang clothes. That room is the only thing holding us back from staying here again.

Spacious and great location but had a few issues
We loved the space and the location of our stay. Access to the pool was easy and parking is great. This is a nice place for a trip to Universal Studios or Disney. Communication with Casiola Vacation Homes was quick and helpful but we had issues with the guest toilet that took several days to resolve as well as the garbage disposal in the sink not working when we arrived. The owner told us they would have both issues fixed same day and they weren't fixed until a full day and a half later. The floor was a bit dirty when we arrived but other than that the space was clean. It was a good stay and for the most part I would recommend others to stay here.
