“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“Stayed a couple of nights while moving our college age daughter. We had the perfect place to come back to, to recharge and recover. Loved that each bedroom was set up for people to relax in which gave everybody a space of their own. Sitting on the porch early evening was also great. Kitchen had all we needed as well. Definitely recommend!”

“We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable……

“This was a perfect place for our family to enjoy, rest and get ready during a very busy RIT graduation weekend. We were able to have family come for a meal. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We had everything we needed. Communication with the Sonia (the Host) was stellar! So kind and very responsive. While we are now done with RIT, should we need to return to the area, I would definitely be looking to see if The Cozy Place is available.”
