The hotel is in a great area, right next to the station. The staff was very professional and kind. They held onto my bags before check-in time while I explored the area. The room was clean, safe, and small, great for a solo female traveler. The hotel is on the older side, and they have laundry rooms. There is a 7eleven next to it, which makes it easy for luggage delivery service.

3 Twin Beds. Incredibly cramped space. Really small bathroom. Only recommendation is that the location is really nice. No early check-ins.

Stayed at this place for 8 nights. RIHGA PLACE HIGOBASHI is in a great location for shoppers because it is between Namba and Umeda. Staffs are nice and able to communicate in English. Room is really clean plus alternative room services everyday to stay at. We could choose services between full services or limited services. We really appreciate our stay at this place.

Whenever we would put the clean room sign out our bed was always made messy with the sheets not fully tucked in and the cleaning lady would leave some of her long hair on the on the sheets or in the bath tub/sink

2名一泊二日で初めて利用しました。チェックイン1時間以上前にホテルに到着したのですが、その場でアプリからの新規会員登録する事によりすぐにチェックイン出来たのは良かったです。 お部屋はとてもコンパクトで綺麗に清掃されていて良かったのですが、冷蔵庫の上が薄暗くてライトが最後まで分からなかったです。 お水のサービスは無かったので会員登録により隣接するセブンイレブンで使用出来る¥200クーポン券を頂いたので支払いの際に利用しました。 アクセスは四つ橋線肥後駅10番出口から1分もかからない近さで、エレベーターも有りとても便利でした。また、大阪フェスティバルホールには地下道利用で直接行けるので、猛暑の中移動するにはとても良かったです。 また次回利用したいと思います。
