“We needed a spot last minute that was in a good location and had the basic amenities we needed.The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to two famous BBQ spots we wanted to try. Communication with the host was great and their asks around clean up were very reasonable upon departure.”

“We are former residents of KC who took some friends on their first trip there.The location allowed us to get to The Plaza, Westport, Union Station and Kauffman with ease.The house was fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out and comfortable king beds for a good night's sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and a fantastic place for morning walks.Would stay there again in a heartbeat. ”

“We had a lovely stay and were within walking distance of old town Overland Park and the farmers market. Great little shops and wonderful restaurants. Apartment was clean and owner took care of a few minor issues right away. Would stay here again.”

“This Home is everything, very comfortable, lots of love in this home, great location,the extra living space with finished basement was top tier if you’ll have a group of people for family movie night board games ect. The home is exactly the way described in the photos.They didn’t miss nothing.Fully stock Kitchen and stocked private laundry room definitely made it extra🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The Host/owners were great with responding with any questions.Me and family will definitely make this another stay……

“The house was very clean. It looked like it had recently been updated with paint, flooring, fixtures, bath etc. Just a couple of problems during the trip. The one major problem that will need addressed is the lack of anything to store clothing etc during the trip. There is literally no place at all to unpack. There is plenty of room in each bedroom for side tables, dresser, etc but there are none there. This made it very difficult fo us to get out of our suitcase during the trip. The owners……

“Perfect location. Close to many things. Property was very clean but still needs some work done. Owner was easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed when one of the room remotes had a dead battery. Property is older and little air flow but all bedrooms had at least one extra fan in closet. ”

“My parents, my toddler, and I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights while seeing family in the KC area. It was more than enough space for the 3 adults to relax and the toddler to run. The location was close to great parks and restaurants. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond. You could hear whomever lives upstairs occasionally when they were home, but we went in understanding that would be possible and took advantage of sound machines. We will definitely stay……
