"Akira was awesome. The other girl was pretty rude to me and all I asked for was an extra pillow. I found out later that she had complained about me to another associate. I am a god fearing woman and I love everybody but I also am in customer service and that is not what I would expect from a fellow customer service employee."

"This is one of the finest Hampton Suites we’ve stayed in! Property is pristine, people who work here are all very nice and helpful. We always try to stay at this one. Make sure you DON’T stay in the one in OZARK, it’s deplorable."

"Room was filthy. Bathrooms had mold. Sleeper sofa had urine/feces stains. Pool was foggy & smelled weird. Laundry facilities were “out of order” the 3 days we were there. It’s Dothan, yes, it’s a 2 star hotel, yes, but basic bare minimum cleanliness & function was completely lacking. The lady at the front desk was not helpful & gave us 3 different names for a managers number to call, no one would ever answer."

"this time the elevator was out of service....had to drag my luggage to the 2nd floor. Everytime I have stayed here one thing or another is out of service....the laundry was out last time the time before that it was the gym and this time the elevator. The staff at check in was wonderful however the staff at departure rude."
