"We arrived late, and they were able to help us assigning rooms but once we were inside one of the rooms, the bed cover was dirty and had spots on top showing poor cleaning or not replaced from previous occupant, also spots of blood, found dead roaches on the side of the bed frame, we also found signals of bed bugs on the edges of the mattress, we asked for replacement sheets to cover the complete bed and try to sleep. This was the room for my daughter and my grand children, they couldn’t sleep and moved together to sleep in one bed but in the morning the kids had rush in their face and arm, TV didn’t work, restroom was improperly clean and they kill a roach and the shampoo container was empty. Early in the morning they moved to my room to try to rest. In my room phone didn’t work to call front desk, toilet was unsafe (was moving when was needed to use, we have pictures and before we left the facility. I asked the front desk guy for a help in reference and if it was possible to refund me the money at least for one room due to the number of complaints and he said those little animals were from the humidity and grass coming from outside the area, that the rooms were properly clean and that will be better to send and email with my concern to their management to consider and must include pictures that I have of course and will be done. Overall not recommended. I have more stuff to say but this will be enough"

"Owner was training a front associate which he was being abrasive with , my upgrade charge was 57$ to a way worse room which had stained lamp shades - beds needed to changed - staff was rude hung up on me from the direction of the owner not supervisor- not pet friendly- if your passing through and need a dirty place to sleep and do not care about rude staff and owner feeling entitled because he doesn’t have respect but there to stay occupied to make make a living stay - try it out"

"The room was very pleasant, the check-in clerk was exceptionally cheerful and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the btreakfasr staff were excellent in service and attitude. The room needed just a couple of small touch-ups "

"Breakfast was not good. Juice machine did not work when it did. The juice was still warm and needed to have iced waffle machine was broken on my last day there belt machine did not work when I initially checked in however they were able to get it working my second day there."

"The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options."
