“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……

“Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests.”

“Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal. Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren. Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.”

“This is a super nice hotel. The room is clean and bright. The towels are good to use. Nice sunset view from the balcony. Super helpful staffs. A MUST hotel for our trip to Chania.”

“Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.”

“Amazing and very helpful staff. We arrived and were welcomed with free drinks and cheese platter while our luggage was delivered to our room. The hotel also helped with getting to a convenient parking with a big discount. They also arranged an early checkout and booked a taxi for us to the port. They sent breakfast to our room the night before so we can have it at 6:30am. The room was very clean and spacious. Their restaurant was also very good. The breakfast was delicious with variety and great……
