(262 reviews) Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the property was spotless, architecture gorgeous, environment serene. It felt like a spa stay; the spa itself was nice though maybe not worth it for just the drop-in pools (the ‘sauna’ especially). It was walking, albeit a good 30-40 min, distance to town which was filled with cute cafes, shopping and fantastic dinner spots. The water was pristine, loungers comfy, beach bar perfect. Only thing I’ll say is that it lacked a personal touch.. we actually got engaged there on our first morning and then extended our stay an additional night, sharing the news with the desk staff when we did, he complimented my ring but that was that. Of course I wasn’t expecting free comps or any fireworks but you’d think they’d send a congratulatory drink or a piece of cake or just something to celebrate this occasion. It felt quite removed, didn’t matter though we were just elated!
