I've seen other posts pointing out similar issues which don't seem to have been addressed. This place could use a good handyman to fix these minor issues: broken mini blind on the patio door, on/off switch on the TV remote does not work, toilet phantom flushes very loudly every 25-30 minutes. In addition, the pillows are old and need replacing, and there is a coffee maker in the unit but no coffee is supplied. I guess they must have been hit hard by the pandemic? On the plus side, the pool and jacuzzi looked inviting, and the place is very dog friendly. There's a riverwalk right across the street for the dogs to do their business, and each unit has a private patio where the pups can hang out.

No proper internet, no TV, no one was available to help when we requested basic service- The kitchen and the livingroom power turned off for hours without any help and finally turned them back on after I contacted Expedia. After that, I received the email below from the hotel; We are so sorry you are u happy for Christmas Night delivery, sunday towels delivery extra and reset of your kicked fuse on sunday all with a grumpy disrespectful attitude you show down treating others … we wish manners would come with every guest like the HILTON family staying here very friendly at the same time…

Close to downtown, about 1.5 mile walk. This was a very lovely and quaint place to stay. Each room is a bungalow, with full kitchen and supplies. Heating/air worked, once I figured out I had to look up to find the unit. Pool and jacuzzi, beach chairs, all very clean. Each unit has a private patio in the back, but it had rained so I guess its hard to keep that area dirt free this time of year. Plenty of free parking in front or back, inreally enjoyed my stay here, early Dec. 2021.

mouse droppings
First they checked us into a room that had the blinds falling off of the windows their dirty grimy filthy there was blinds missing no privacy The room was filthy disgusting old carpet had dogs stain poop on the carpets The baseboards were filthy dirty chipped up paint marked up walls The dirtiest I have ever seen in a hote The air filter was the dirtiest filter I have ever seen it must not have been changed for a year or two at least over 2 years it was so thick and filthy my health was more important than this dayl
