I wasgiven a handicap room l, even though i booked and paid montha in advance. The room was on the second floor, and I was never told the elevator wasnt working in the building. Couple drawers in the room were broken, the blinds handle broken, and some tiny bugs on top of bathroom wall.

Great place to stay for families, front desk accommodated our early arrival by 3 hrs!!! Food and drinks by the pool are fantastic. Rooms are super clean and spacious with all necessities inside. All the pools were clean and staff are very attentive to your needs. 10/10 all around.

Noisy a/c and refrigerator. Blasting music by the pool at 9 am. The kitchen for a one bedroom is extremely small, I felt the stove/cooktop was unsafe to use.

This place is veru family friendly. We went for my sons 4th birthday. My kids and our family had a blast. The pools are cool to warm. Not too cold to enjoy. Lots of shallow parts for the non swimmers. Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy thats not swimming. We went on monday and Tuesday night. We attended a magic show on tuesday night. It was very entertaining. I would definitely recommend. There's a slide at one of the pools but you have to be 48 inches to ride and my kids were not tall enough.

We would definitely stay here again. It was very kid friendly and convenient for local food options. The only bummer was our room was advertised as a balcony room but it was a ground floor with no slider or anything so that was a little misleading.

Spacious rooms. Found 3 dead cockroaches, there were flies and a bee inside room. AC broke down at the weather was over 100 degress outside. The engineer was prompt to fix it. Check in was HORRIBLE. arrived at 3:15 and our room was not ready yet, check in is at 4pm. Recieved a message at 3:40pm that our villa was clean but needed to be cleared by housekeeping. Then at 4:01 a text said that it wasnt clean yet. We ended up checking in at 4:30pm.
