THE HOME:

Step into a light-filled, modern sanctuary created for unforgettable desert days + nights. The vibe is sleek, artful, and inviting—ideal for families, friends, or anyone looking to soak up the sunshine in style. The open-concept layout offers easy flow between the vibrant living area with a mid-century gas fireplace, chef’s kitchen, and a spacious dining area complete with a bar and wine + beverage fridges.

Living Room: Large, over-height windows and double French doors welcome abundant natural light and stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains, swaying palm trees, and stunning sunsets. Sink into one of two plush oversized sofas or luxe armchairs and stream your favorite shows on the Frame TV, or gather around the fireplace for board games and conversation.

Kitchen & Dining: The chef’s kitchen is a dream; complete with premium European appliances, a huge marbled prep island with double waterfall edges, brass fixtures, and a stylish sloped wood-beamed ceiling. You'll find all the high-end cookware and utensils you need for a gourmet meal. Dine casually at the breakfast bar (seats five) or sit down at the dining table (seats eight) under the spectacular palm chandelier.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Every bedroom is designed for both comfort and ultimate relaxation with high-quality linens, blackout shades, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Please note the two primary suites are located at opposite ends of the home for ultimate privacy.

Primary #1: King bed + ensuite + walk-in closet + direct outdoor access

Primary #2: King bed + ensuite + Frame TV + direct pool access

Bedroom #3: Queen bed + lounge sofa + Frame TV+ direct patio access

Bedroom #4: Two single beds + toys/games for the kiddos

Laundry Room: Full-sized washer and dryer, detergent, iron, steamer and supplies included for your convenience.

* This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly enforced (10 PM–8 AM) per City of Palm Springs regulations. No parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy and car limits enforced per City of Palm Springs ordinances.

* You will be welcomed by our House Manager who will provide a brief introduction to our home and ensure everything is perfect upon your arrival.
