“Comfortable and quiet and a reasonable stay”

“When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails……

“I needed this motel room so that I could go to Chicago for business, but for somewhere to sleep at night and spend part of my morning, this place did the trick. I did not have an issue with my room at all and the staff was willing to answer whatever question I had.”

“Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats.”

“I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily……

“My stay was one nite at a 4th rate motel environment in a 3rate area. I will avoid being deceived by deceptive pictures on yours or any website in the future.”

“If you need to stay in a place in the last resort then go it but not recommended”
