“Helpful staff and clean facility. Don’t plan on sleeping! Very loud neighbors, partying, music, arguments, multiple people in and out of the room, until 4 AM. No security, or staff, walking the hallways. They are only in the casino.”

“The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling.”

“Vending machines were not working. Also the sausage and egg option for breakfast was not very appealing. Room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great!”

“The room was dirty they left us 0 wash clothes, 2 towels, there was pubic hair on the shower wall, door jams rusted out, the shower head was dirty, we had 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, sheets were stained, the floors were unswept and coming apart, the ceiling had stains and cracks, and the fire alarm went off at 11 pm with no inconvenience discount”

“The property is a quant beautiful hotel situated in downtown Homewood. There is no room service for food. However the hotel is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and eateries with a Fab restaurant and bar inside. I loved the friendly helpful staff who were eager to share some of their favorite restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Plentiful Parking is included in back.
