This is an excellent property to stay in it's very clean and extremely close to the beach. The area is very quiet and I had no issue with noise. You are also walking distance to a place called Thomas's donuts, pizza and ice cream which is a fantastic spot to grab your coffee donuts in the morning burgers hot dogs pizza for lunch or dinner and then some yummy ice cream afterwards. Communication with the owner was excellent and there were absolutely no issues.

This was an amazing spot. The beach is just down the road walking distance. Tomas pizza and creame is right down the road. Great food and pizza. The apartment was clean and well stocked with cooking stuff and plates and silver wear. The beds are comfortable. Our fitted sheet kept coming off. But other than that it was an awesome stay. Will be back next year. Host is awesome responses right away. Just an all around great place to stay.

Comfortable stay

Great location. Within walking distance of the beach and close to restaurants and entertainment. Very clean, close parking and quiet neighborhood. If you are a coffee drinker bring coffee with you as none is provided but there is a K-cup coffee maker onsite. Don’t forget your iron.

Quiet and quaint

Everything was as described. Quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the beach in just under 4 minutes. Noteworthy point, no coffee pot but coffee shop on beach less than a block away. Enjoyable and affordable stay that's pet friendly.

Great couples getaway!

We stayed here for about a week and it was such a nice vacation! We were very pleased on how quiet the area and neighborhood is! We came before Memorial Day weekend, so that may have played a part. But it also might be the great location and neighbors! The beach is VERY accessible! Probably the most accurate vacation rental that has said “short walk to the beach”. Our favorite general store Carousel is also walkable, but we drove! Thomas’ Donuts and Ice cream was also a nice treat right on the beach and was nice to be able to walk to after dinner! The beach access was a nice and quick path. And there were plenty of parking spaces if we chose to drive to the beach! The condo was very clean and quaint! Perfect for a couple (or two) or a small family. Fans were provided in every room in case the AC wasn’t enough. The condo was quite dark however. The pictures on the website look a little brighter than in real life. So opening the curtains during the day was a must for us. Updated appliances in the kitchen were very nice! The air vent in the bathroom worked poorly, but it is understandable since the condo is clearly a renovated space. The walls of the condo are also a little thin, as we could hear our neighbors playing music very loudly late at night. Laguna Beach is one of our favorite places to visit because of the small crowds, and its close to 30A! We would love to stay here again, especially since the owner communicated well, and was very flexible and generous!

Quiet quadplex close to the beach and Thomas Doughnuts!

This rental was just what we were looking for, it was close to the beach and right up the street from Thomas doughnuts. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had friendly neighbors that also had young children. We enjoyed being about to walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the shower head had great pressure. The front yard had grass for our dog and nice landscaping. Wish we could’ve stayed an extra day!

Nice little getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Was happy that they are pet friendly. Was able to bring my dogs. The beach that’s down the block says “no dogs” but because there are no lifeguards on this beach it didn’t seem to matter. However it did make me nervous - not wanting a fine! The dog beach is further east at the pier at Panama City Beach. It’s not a far drive but definitely better to walk to the beach down the street than drive and have to park. I also liked that this place was close to the pizza and ice cream shop. That made for great convenience. Sunsets were beautiful! Something cool to look into are the fire pits they do on the beach. You have to use a company because they require a permit. Google it - it’s about $300 if you want to splurge - but a very cool way to experience the beach at sunset / dusk. Overall the place is pretty basic - simple but effective. My only negative would be the outside area- it seems the lawn and property hasn’t had too much TLC. My dogs kept getting stickers in their fur because there were so many overgrown weeds. However I did enjoy the charcoal grill outside. Made some burgers! All in all if you are looking for a simple little place close to the beach this will do nicely. Super responsive host - management company. Getting in and out was easy! They also had parking for our 2 cars. I was worried about that too- but no problem at all.

Awesome Access

Great location, within a block walk to the beach! Thomas' Donuts is at your feet :) had a wonderful time. This is a "New" listing for VRBO, not a new unit. Building is older but in good shape for the age! We love this end of the beach, we will look at it again for a return trip!! Thanks Josh!
