On the second floor, the custom kitchen, living, and dining, half bath, and more access to balconies, and views of the beach.
On the third floor, a sprawling master suite bathed in natural sunlight, with a king bed and ensuite bath.
Also on the third floor a third bedroom, with 2 full beds and private bath.
This home has 2 private decks - one off the second floor kitchen and living area and a massive deck on the ground floor leading directly onto the beach.
Other things to note
This property accommodates MAXIMUM 10 people. For Insurance and Safety reasons, our onsite Property Manager will NOT permit additional guests beyond this number. If your group is larger than this please book elsewhere.
Minimum Age to book - 25 years old.
Our Property Manager may meet you upon check-in to to view your ID and ensure the size of your guest group.

Beachside West is located within walking distance of the famed Thomas Donuts shop on the beach, and about 2 miles West of Pier Park, and about 5 Miles east of Rosemary Beach on 30A. This is a very low key, quiet area with uncrowded, clean, and white beaches.
