Let our military family home become your vacation getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, right on the beach, sleeps 9 with a pull out in the living room. It is ranked in the top 1 percent of VRBO in ratings and in bookings. Come experience what our happy guests rave about and you will see why we are in the top 1 percent of VRBO Bookings, top 1 percent of VRBO reviews and #1 in response rates. High enough to escape the street noise (3rd Fl), but low enough to avoid uneasy feeling of being up so high. Beautiful views and relaxing sounds of the crashing surf. Strictly NO SMOKING, NO PET rental due to owner allergies. Lots of local activities to enjoy. Accessible to local shopping. Walking distance to Walmart. On site parking for 1 vehicle included (additional vehicle $50). In unit laundry, wifi all included. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. We listen to our guests--recently added additional linen and a TV in each bedroom. We don't hold the unit without a deposit. See map for exact location. This is the Marisol Building. Remember, consumables are YOUR responsibility. As a reminder, this is our home; not a hotel. You are expected to clean up after yourselves. This property is available for month and quarterly rental for all those snowbirds out there. Submit questions and we will be happy to address them. Discounted rates are available depending upon length of stay and seasonal demand.

Beautiful spot.
Very nice place. With a beautiful view of ocean from our bedroom. They room was breathe taking there. Was. Only 1 thing. I didn't like. When we. Come. To the beach. We love to rent sling shots. It makes getting around so much easyer. And. We get to see more. Of. They beautiful place. Traveling around. On them. I wish. Vrdo. Listing. Stated. If there. Not allowed 🚫 on the property although i loved. This. Place. So very much. We. Would love to book with what Accommodates us best and being able. To Travel on a slingshot. While wer. There. Is. One. Of. Them. Other. Then that this. Place. Is perfect.

Don’t let this little piece of paradise slip by!
This condo provided the perfect little getaway for me and my family! First, prompt communication with the host is always a major plus! We loved the location, convenience, and breath taking beach views. We were conveniently located right outside the banana boat and jet ski rentals which was on our to do list, plus the individuals who ran the stand made the experience that much better! Two spacious bathrooms, and 3 spacious rooms! The master bedroom has a view of the beach to die for! Many times we were able to see dolphins right off of our balcony! The parking spot is a little tight and stressful to get in and out of (we have a Chrysler Pacifica) BUT they do offer a 2nd parking pass for across the street if you prefer which is a bonus! Everything was clean and they offered a lot of basic dishes/appliances. You do have to message the host to set the temperature, but I completely understand the logic behind it! We are already looking at future dates to book again!

The condo and entire facility was clean, safe and well maintained. The view from the balcony is awesome! It was close to everything we needed! The property manager was very accessible and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Family spring break
Great location. Super crowded area during spring break. Rooms were Large and we didn’t feel crowded at all with our party of 6. Enjoyed parking right at the door. Had everything we needed. I do wish we could control the air ourself but I totally understand why the owner does it. I am sure he would have changed it many times but we just left it on 1 temp bc we didn’t want to bother him. (We had cold and warm weather). If we ever go back to PCB we would definitely stay again. Owner responds quickly.

View of beach is amazing!
The condo unit was quite spacious for our family of four. The temperature was below normal during our December stay, but the view of the beach from the condo was amazing. Owners were quick to respond to requests. Would highly recommend this condo to others and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

The host called to check on us on our arrival to see if we needed anything, etc. He had the thermostat adjusted to our requested comfort level and we appreciated that. Everything else was just fine. It was right there on the beach, the views were beautiful. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The property was clean, and looked just like the pictures on VRBO. We have the option of going to the swimming pool or going to the beach. Walmart was close by four grocery shopping, restaurants were also close and a variety of choices. Souvenir shops were close as well. Very happy with our stay. Property owners were easy to get a hold of if we needed to.

Parking Space is located in front of the lobby door and only one spot is in the location. If you have another vehicle you have to park across the street. Parking passed are on the counter when you check in. Beautiful and nice condo to stay.

A comfortable condo with just a few improvements to make it super. Excellent selection of cooking utensils. Two Spacious bedrooms. The hideabed couch was not very comfortable. The great shower was missing a hook or shelf for shampoo and wash rag. The door in the bathroom to the commode would not close. It was either swollen or had settled. Overall the main items for the condo were excellent.

Highly recommend!!
This was our first time renting a condo and first time in Florida. This condo rental made it perfect. The place has a beautiful view, it’s spacious, great location in town. Walmart is less than 5 mins away, restaurants all down the street and you can walk outside to the beach in just a few steps. We will definitely be back and will only stay here when we do.

This condo was absolutely amazing for our group. The kids had their own room, king beds in the other two rooms, beautiful view of the Gulf, and everything you need to make your stay simple and relaxing. One thing to mention. The lock will automatically lock even if the door is open so make sure the lock isn’t in place when you leave, otherwise the door is not secure.
