“This is a basic studio apartment with one bathroom (tub/shower, toilet, sink), a small but full kitchen, table with four chairs and sleeping area. The main bed is a Murphy bed so when you aren’t sleeping it can be up giving you more space in the room. There is a very old, uncomfortable pull out couch that can be used to sleep extra people. It should be replaced. The unit is old and tired. The carpet is original, the furnishings are older, pieced together and don’t match, the finishing a are……
