“Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people.……

“I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. ”

“This is an apartment about a ten minute drive to the beach and national park, but nestled in the trees where toucans, sloths, and monkeys pass through. For our unit, the back patio faced the stream with lots of trees - beautiful. The place is spacious and the host Josue was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Appreciated the modern appliances and comfortable interior!”

“We had the best time ever in this gorgeous home. The views are amazing. We had coffee with toucans and macaws, evening visitors like coatimundis, and so many other birds. Stargazing was fun sitting by the pool at night. We loved jumping in the pool after a day of adventures, and even swimming in a pop up rain storm. We were able to easily travel down to Play Herradura and Jaco beach for activities and restaurants. Having the grill on the deck was great for when we just wanted to relax and……

“This is a good place to stay if you’re not trying to spend a lot of money. Having a full kitchen was nice. The staff is GREAT! I especially liked Nancy. The host Diego is very helpful and accommodating. This unit is on the backside of the building and was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again. ”
