Hotel Cocomar is not the ritz however your room is huge, clean and has a private beach directly in front which for the price is amazing! Staff is super friendly and helpful, but you need to ask for what you want. Property is dated and definitely needs upkeep, but for Costa Rica it is a little Gem. ...

This place is about 1hour and 45min from SJO and it was the perfect trip for a few days to visit nearby Parrita and Jaco. We wanted a quiet romantic bitoque hotel and it’s exactly what we got.
