“We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon……

“The condo was conveniently located and safe. It would have been nice to have a place to rinse off the sand before entering the unit. Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. I didnt understand why we had to have a reservation for the pool and other facilities as there didnpeople in the buildi g ”

“Nice condo in a great location. We were fortunate to book this condo for our week long vacation in Jaco. The condo community is close knit with a large group of friends who stay for extended vacations each year. The entire group was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The onsite employees were all friendly and helpful. It made our first visit to Costa Rica very enjoyable.”

The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay, if you use the pool you will get to see iguanas, hummingbirds and even some macaws flying. It is a quite place so it is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The only feedback is that it would be great to add a grater to the kitchen and that you will need to be careful with the house electric wiring system. We couldn't use the hairdryer supplied because it seems that we were going to lose the power. As a note, the listing states that there is a washing machine……

“The condo was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The pools are just amazing and so nice to have as an option other than the beach. Bedrooms were very nice with storage and bathrooms were spacious. The washer and dryer are a big bonus. The views from this condo are breathtaking! There is a restaurant a few steps from the pool exit, and a small convenience store just ourside the main gates and a few doors down. The condo is off the main strip……
