A Perdido Realty Vacations Premier Property For those who expect only the best, Sandy Key 423 is included in our collection of outstanding luxury vacation properties and is guaranteed to please the most discerning guest. Some rentals just feel right when you enter, and this is one of them. This 4th floor impeccably decorated condo is spacious, luxurious, and comfortable.

Sandy Key’s beaches are forever protected by the neighboring National Seashore Preserve. If you prefer your walks on the beach, solely in the company of the sea gulls, Blue Herons and sea shells, then Sandy Key is the place for you. Sandy Key is located on 800 feet of Beach Front. This unit has 1219 SF of living area and a 200 SF beach front balcony. Ceramic throughout Living, Dining, Kitchen, Baths and Bedrooms. Sandy Key 423 has a redesigned and remodeled kitchen which includes new soft close cabinets and drawers, granite countertops, additional lighting with dimmers, USB ports, and a counter height bar with 4 swivel stools. The bar has under-counter power also with USB ports to accommodate a computer-based workspace. The perfect spot to make your new "Work from Here" location!

Additional amenities include a reading area in the master bedroom, 2 La-Z-Boy recliners in the living area, a smart TV in the living area with a DVR to record your favorite programs while you are at the beach or pool, a programmable coffee pot as well as a Keurig, various family friendly card and table games (just in case of rain) and other amenities for your enjoyment. Super clean! Probably one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. And in my book that was worth it all! From check in to check out the experience was incredible! Low maintenance, super accessible.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The unit was recently updated and furniture in excellent condition. The mattresses were very comfortable.The condo was more impressive in person than the online pictures showed. The balcony was large and provided shade and a beautiful view of the beach. The grounds, pool, and beach were well maintained. The other guests were family groups making it very family friendly. Parents/ grandparents kept good watch over young children so that everyone had an enjoyable time. The code provided by the rental company didn't work, but we received a text with the code that did work before checking in so there were no issues. It was nice to have carts available for luggage and the week's supplies. We thought the spare room had bunk beds and a twin bed. Instead, there were two full beds so we were glad for the pull out couch. We may have confused this feature while looking at different properties. Kitchen was well stocked for breakfast, lunch and dinner cooking. We made crockpot meals for convenience and took our own crockpot with us. We would definitely rent again! We hope to invite extended family and rent multiple units. Thank you for a beautiful, clean, and well maintained place to stay!! We did eat out at the Crab Shack () and Lilian's pizza () and went for ice cream at Hershey's (). All good. We crossed the bridge for a short drive to the liquor and grocery store which was more reasonably priced than the beach store prices.

Very clean and good location. Check in and out was easy. The plug on the balcony did not work. We brought a fan because we had a toddler and wanted to keep him as cool as possible. Contacted management the day we arrived and told them. She said they would send someone to fix it. No one ever came. Had to buy an extension cord and ran it from bedroom to the balcony. TV also worked about half the time. No Wi-Fi connection was the so called problem. My son had his computer and was able to hook up with tv and we were able to see our sporting events. How can a computer get the Wi-Fi but not the tv. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again but you need to fix the balcony plug.

Easter Break

We went down to Pensacola to spend Easter with my daughter who is in flight school. We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautifully decorated and had a well supplied kitchen. It was very clean. The pictures perfectly depicted the space. We will definitely be retuning!

Great Fall Break

We usually stay in Destin and wanted something a little more laid back. Sandy Key was exactly that! The unit itself was beautiful and VERY clean! It had everything we needed. The biggest reccmmendation would be tto move to a KEYLESS system. Keeping track of keys with a family of 5 was a little challenging. We also wished there was access to beach items (chairs/umbrellas). We left a chair and umbrella for a future person. We are also used to a seperate icemaker but I think the water in Perdido Key is just kind of yucky (restaurants tasted off too). So we bought lots of ice and water. But overall we LOVED the complex and unit and would definitely return to this exact unit.

Beauty at the Beach

The condo was well maintained and in good repair. The color scheme was beautiful and very beach appropriate. The balcony offered a perfect view of the beach. Appliances were in excellent working order and kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There were 2 wonderful swimming pools and 2 separate beach access points, one with steps and the other with a ramp. Location is close to restaurants and a Publix. Attractions such as The Wharf are a short drive. Perdido Realty sent text messages to make sure we were not experiencing any issues with our stay. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Perfect For Our Family!

My husband and I took our 4 girls ages ranging from 10-1 and everything was perfect! The condo was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, amount of linens provided were adequate, you name it! We loved the view of the beach and ocean as well as the pool from our condo! Check in and check out were smooth and we overall thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!

Excellent

This was the first time two of our grand-children experienced the beach. It was an amazing magical moment for them. We are so thankful to be able to have this experience with our daughter and her family. Everyone at the property management company were super and addressed s every issue we had. They were all so accommodating and friendly. The condo was super clean. Super nice with a beautiful view. The grounds were lovely and well tended. We would definitely stay here again.
