Lovely comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel with great staff. We had a lovely evening meal and a great breakfast with so much choice.Huge comfortable king size bed in a very smart bedroom.Really recommend it.

Friendly and professional

Just a one night stay, very friendly greeting and check in. The room was fresh and clean with a good compliment of soaps and tea making facilities. Nice addition of good local information magazines.

Well appointed rooms, friendly staff & super food

Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel has attractive cosy interiors and a super outside bar area. The twin room is large and very well appointed, with a large & bright bathroom. We had probably the best steak and ale pie we have ever eaten, and the starters and desserts and other main courses also looked very tasty.

Really nice welcoming clean hotel. Dog was made very welcome, even had a bag of treats waiting for him in the room. Hotel next to the main eateries and pubs etc. Food and drink available in the pub which is very good. Will stay again.

It's easy to find with great parking. Lovely room comfy bed, warm, spacious. New shower room. Meal was lovely. Super staff from check in onwards. Would stay again.

Couple stay

We stayed for one night. The lady who checked us in was very polite and friendly. The garden bar was beautiful, again with friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. The shower was unusable as would go from freezing cold to extremely hot and keep flickering between both no matter how much we tried to adjust it. The bed was very soft, not to are liking but that a personal preference. Evening meal was average.

Staff were so friendly and Ros particularly - she couldn't have been more helpful. Stand out feature too was how hot the food was - breakfast and also at a busy Sunday lunch... It's something you don't always realise (unless the food arrives cold!) but it was so noticeable we both commented on it - lovely - thank you

Very nice hotel. Staff were very attentive and understanding of the reason I wanted to move rooms. Wasn’t an issue. Very helpful staff in the restaurant. Receptionist was as lovely as they come and the new manager was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Close to shops and other restaurants. The hotel restaurant served amazing food. I had the seabass. Stunning.

Malvern RHS stay -wonderful !

Such a warm welcome from all staff for our overnight stay. My daughter and I will definitely rebook next time we’re visiting Malvern for the flowers show. Very clean and modern, excellent breakfast and dinner. Polite and cheerful team -excellent all round !

I stayed for 2 nights at The Angel and the service was great. I ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was very good. A good choice of meals and the service was excellent. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others.

Disappointing

The room was spacious and warm but must have been very close to the boiler it was noisy. I stayed for two nights but it was strange, the biscuit was not replenished. Breakfast was served and it was very nice but I would have thought cereal, fruit and yogurt would have been left out. Also one glass of juice and toast served but no jam or marmalade.

I really enjoyed my stay, but didn't sleel well at all due to the quality of the pillows, which were unfortunately flat and uncomfortable. I would however recommend the hotel. My room needed painting/updates and there was a black mark on my bedding. However the room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Staff were kind, the hotel is also dog friendly.
