Doors were broken, mould in some corners, the "welcome basket" they had mentioned several times only contained the very minimal such as a few dish washer tablets, some tea bags and coffee...which is pretty much standard in Scotland anyways. I didn't like that you enter the house through the patio door and stand immediately in the middle of the kitchen/living room with no means to hang up coats and store shoes.
