“Great small place, really enjoyed our stay there. The host is very friendly and answers all questions within a short time. We stayed for two nights and can really recommend this place.”

“This is an absolute gem of a cottage and a perfect location for travelling around Perthshire and beyond . Such a pretty sympathetically renovated 300 year old farm workers cottage all on the ground floor. The furnishings and fittings are high end and the lovely steel cupboarded kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need . There is a handy little utility room at the end of the cottage with a washing machine and bike store . Lovely wooden floors in the main living area and fabulous……

“What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone……

“We loved our staycation during our trip. It was clean, had good quality furniture and peaceful, We had trouble finding the building and the communication was super helpful. What we wished for was having some shampoo, body wash, and more toilet tissues than what was left on the holders. I definitely recommend this place. ”

“Nice little cottage for two and a small dog.30mins. Nice location to visit Dundee, St Andrews, Falkirk.”

“Extremely peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Accommodation spotless, comfortable and cosy. Everything you have at home was available in the chalet, including extra tea/coffee, sugar and a carton of milk. Nothing left to chance and the small touches - like a gift of two mugs, pens and stationery - greatly appreciated. Hosts very communicative and kept in touch throughout our stay. The main building is very family orientated, with a restaurant and bar, and facilities for children, although we didn't……

“Very nice and relaxing in the hot tub with a lovely private garden.”

“We had a wonderful week, based at Jessamine cottage, with helpful communication from the owner.Everything that we needed was provided, as well as a very generous welcome hamper. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, and in a good quiet location. We used the walking leaflets and books for inspiration. There is a local supermarket close by in Blairgowrie and good local walks. The welcome folder gives recommendations for places to eat. We all had a delicious meal at the Old Cross Inn, Rattray,……
