“I was never able to get to the hotel due to road closures caused by flooding in the area. The hotel never communicated to me via any means before hand. I made multiple attempts trying to get to the hotel through different roads and all ended up being closed at a some point. The sun went down and it was very dark. We were lucky to eventually drive out of the scary dangerous roads. A refund request was denied by the hotel. While I understand the policy, I don’t understand why the hotel never……

“The room was very clean and well equipped, nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. Breakfast was lovely including home made jams, marmalade and fresh bread. The food in general was amazing, we had dinner on our first evening and then the dinner and wine tasting on the second night. “Staff was very helpful and the pool was a nice refreshing experience in the heat. Breakfast was more than we could ask for. Although the room is small it was clean and ok for sleeping.”
