“Staff are polite, friendly and ready to assist customers. The hotel is very clean. No long wait for elevators. Breakfast is decent and up to standard. The hotel is directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, so shopping and dining is very easy and accessible. You can also visit the Sunway Lagoon theme park via the shopping mall. I have no complaints at all. I give it a 10 out of 10 .”

“The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”

"整體來說，還可以。第一天入住要先繳納200令吉的押金，再來會給進出的磁卡，房間算大，但浴室馬桶蓋有擦不掉的痕跡，給的高樓層景觀不錯。如果要去對面的購物中心需要叫車才有辦法到，因為沒有人行道，走不過去。這是一個缺點，晚上其他住戶的關門聲蠻大的，可能是建材的關係，要叫外送的話蠻方便，有管理員也有放置區可以收外送。廚房該有的餐具都有，算是精緻小套房，牆壁要先開電源開關才能開冷氣。"
